All our products are digital in PDF format. Once payment is made, you will receive immediate access to download your file directly to your email. Please note that depending on your time zone, delivery may take a little longer, but it will happen within 24 hours.
Is the product physical?
No 😊 All our products are 100% digital and delivered in downloadable PDF format. We do not currently offer physical shipping.
How do I receive the file?
After completing your purchase, you will automatically receive a unique download link in your email. This means that the file may contain buyer information on each page to prevent reproduction.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods available on the platform, such as VISA, Master Card, PayPal, Mercado Pago, and others depending on your country.
My payment is not reflected
Some payments may take a few minutes to process. If you do not receive access after some time, please send us your proof of purchase and we will gladly assist you 😊
I did not receive the file
Please check:

The link doesn't work

Can I download it more than once?
No 🙃 The product is a single download with customer information, to prevent its reproduction and copying.
I want a refund
Because our products are digital and downloadable, purchases are non-refundable once access to the file has been granted, except in cases of technical errors or defective files. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.
I received an incorrect file
We are sorry 🙏 Please send us your order number and we will review the case to send you the correct file as soon as possible.
Can I share the PDF?
The files are for personal use only. Resale, distribution, or sharing without authorization is not permitted.
How long does it take for you to respond?
